Same scenerio for me. Wanted to buy my vehicle off of craigslist. Total scam. Emails included:

This person sent me an email this morning asking if my item was up for sale. First Response came from boone.paull@googlemail.com. Same scenerio as above. Wanted my item,said due to the nature of his job and location, he would not be able to come for inspection because of long hours worked everyday. Said they were satisfied with the advertisement of the item and said they would be paying via the "fastest & secure way to pay online" PayPal. Said he had a private courier agent that would come for pick up after the payment was made. Wanted me to send him my PayPal email and address. Told me to send the money request to boone.paull@gmail.com.

Of course, I noticed what this was right off the bat as I have received a similar email scam from another person this morning as well thqta goes by the name Pierre Stewart, he was willing to offer an additional $100 to seep it off from others.

I received an email from diolinjoe@gmail.com regarding an item I had for sale on craislist. When I replied to it I noticed that the email went to a boone paul. Thinking that was suspicious i checked online and found that it's a spam account. I add this additional infomration so people know that the scam is using different email adress names to start the dialogue, though the followup mail was from boone paul with the googel email adress.
