My name is Teresa Versey, and I'm emailing you about the 2001 Newmar 3560 I have for sale.Exterior is in very good condition, sidewalls are clean and shiny with very few expected small nicks, scratches and dings. Roof in good condition to date no signs of any past or current leaks. Glass is in excellent conditon all around, no cracks to windshield, mirrors or drivers and passengers windows, and all windows are double pane, tinted and day/night shades throughout unit.There are 4 metal covered A&E 9000 color coordinated awnings, one on each side of bedroom windows, and one over living room window, also the patio A&E 1 step(automatic push button, inside as well as outside ) awning. Automatic / retractable Kwikee 2 step entry steps. Chrome tips on all exhaust tailpipes.
Interior is also in good condition, again w/ normal wear and tear. RV has Leather Flexsteel Pilot and Co-Pilot 8- position seats. Both Driver and CoPilot have pull down sunscreens as well as Map Lights. This motorhome is equipped with a Drivers side door with automatic window. We added a new front surround windshield privacy curtain in 2011. Has Telescopic /tilt spower steering, cruise control, back-up camera, 4 HWH automatic leveling jacks, Sony am/fm cd stereo with speakers through out rv, two 12 volt receptacles for GPS cell phones , etc. Dual Deep discharge batteries, w/ battery disconnect and emergency engine start/battery boost .245 amp converter, Solar panel mounted on roof for batteries recharge to include inside dash solar battery monitor. Cold blowing front in-dash air conditioning that has new compressor installed 08/10, DSI Hot water Heater. There is a Flexsteel leather recliner/rocker, along with a cloth sleeper sofa. There two tvs in coach, 27" up front and 13'" in overhead cabinet in the bedroom. Kitchen has a 30" Convection Microwave, + 3 burner stovetop. All countertops are beautiful Corian . Motorhome has 2 ducted AC units, w/Heat Pumps , both by Duo-Therm . The Front unit is 13,500 BTU, while rear unit we replaced 05/11 with a 15,000 BTU unit. Even in Texas heat this motorhome stays cool. Also unit is Equipped with ducted Gas Furnace. There are Soft Padded ceilings through out unit, Private toilet, shower with fold down seat and assist handle, along with a skylight and pull across shade. Unit has a Splendide washer/dryer combo. ( no trips to the laundrymat) . Such a blessing. This RV has all upgraded oak cabinets thru out motorhome including additional over couch. The bedroom has a walk around queen size bed with new mattress purchased 11/11, also has 2 mirrored closets and overhead cabinets for plenty of storage. There is an Oak free standing Dinette with four chairs. Also has a mirrored china cabinet, again providing lots of storage. Refrigerator with ice maker.
Motorhome has low mileage (49,071), great engine performance and no problems towing. It is ready to roll.
The price was reduced at $4.500.00 as I need to sell this motorhome before the 2nd of November when I will be leaving with my platoon back to Afghanistan, so I don't want it getting old in my backyard.If you have any other questions, or need more info, please feel free to ask.
