  Information
Name:
the Pennsylvania Securities Commission
Scam Website:
I placed an ad for our company trying to obtain Angel Investment on an Internet Site. Unbeknownst to me, our \"Disclaimer\" was not published in the ad (later I found out it was because of a \"number of characters entered\" limit I had unknowingly exceeded). Anyway, I placed the ad, a few days later I received a call from a man wanting to know how much money we needed, how he could invest and how much... then, 10 days later we received a letter requesting we come to Pennsylvania and set up a hearing, or we could just pay $10,000.00 to the State of Pennsylvania to have the matter of the \"missing Disclaimer\" dismissed. Great choice, go to Pennsylvania, hire a lawyer, go to court and have the matter dropped (thousands of dollars later) or pay the money... for nothing. They never file any formal charges in any of these cases (I have randomly talked to dozens of officers at these companies I found by running the above mentioned Google search). Google should \"Halt\" the State of Pennsylvania from being able to do this low-life blackmail/extortion.

Every time a client or potential investor Googles our website from their search bar our company comes up first and the State of Pennsylvania is ALWAYS SECOND! This does not happen with Bing, Dogpile or the others, just Google. If they are paying you for this service (the ability to Extort/Blackmail) please let me know how much it would cost us to disassociate them from web searches for our website.

Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell. And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
