As a prior post has noted, his first email will look something like this: From: \"Joseph William\" Date: Sat, July 21, 2012 7:11 am Please tell me if this is still available for sale and what is your last asking price of it? He won\'t name the item specially. His next email will be from a different account and look something like this: From: \"Joseph William\" Date: Sat, July 21, 2012 8:19 pm thanks for your quick response, i\'m okay with the present condition as started in the advert and the asking price, i will not be able to come to look at it due to the long distant and the easiest way for me to make the payment is through Google Checkout checkout.google.com and click on sign up, I\'ll take care of the pickup and delivery when the payment has been made, provide me your name, address, city, state, zip code for the mover to calculate the cost of the shipment and your google checkout email account for me to make the payment. Regard\'s Joseph William 440 N 200 W. Logan, UT 84321 Bad grammer abounds. When I responded that I would rather use my paypal account, he responded: From: \"Joseph William\" Date: Sun, July 22, 2012 4:15 pm you can easily get an account with google checkout by visiting checkout.google.com and click on sign up, i find it the easiest way to use my credit card safely and reliable method of payment, you only have to add your credit/debit card account to it and your money will be transfer into your credit/debit card account when the payment has been made, get back to me with your google checkout email account when you done, for me to make the payment. I\'m not computer savvy and I don\'t know how to tell the difference between the real google checkout and the fake one, but I know when something is just too easy. I intend to report him to every agency I can find. I\'m sure it will make no difference, he\'s probably in some foreign country, but I will feel better. DON\'T ACCEPT CHECKS OR SIGN-UP FOR ACCOUNTS TO RECEIVE MONEY ONLINE, EVEN IF IT SOUNDS LIKE A REPUTABLE COMPANY YOU\'VE HEARD OF!!! WAIT TO SELL YOUR STUFF UNTIL SOMEONE WILL PUT CASH IN YOUR HAND!!! DON\'T BE A VICTIM!!! | |||
