This same guy has a listing on craigslist for a 2000 Key west boat for $2550. Pictures of boat are from florida and tag on trailer, which you cant read. Contacted him through email and heres what he sent same format and story as above.

Hello my name is Eric Harster.I am selling this 2000 KEY WEST CENTER CONSOLE because my battalion has been sent back to Afghanistan and don\'t want it get old in my backyard. The price is low because I need to sell it before August 10th. It has no damage, no scratches or dents, no hidden defects. It is in immaculate condition, meticulously maintained and hasn\'t been involved in any accident.I do have the title, clear, under my name.The boat Hull ID Number: KWECC234L900.It is still available for sale if interested, price as stated in the ad $2,500.The boat is in Louisville, KY, in case it gets sold I will take care of shipping.
