Hello, Thanks for the email..like i told you in my previous email,the keys to the house and document are here with me and there is no way you could see the inside of the home .what happened is that my transfer to Africa here was very urgent that i had no one around to drop the keys to handle the rental on my behalf and this is why i had to come down here with the keys and documents so as to get an honest tenant to rent it out to that will take proper care of the house on our behalf. As soon as we finalize the rental processes the keys will be mail down to you via courier service called FedEx to your present address OK Please do get back to me as soon and also let me know if i should be forwarding you the application form Hope to read from you soonest. NB: You can drive by and check the neighborhood and get back to me for further discussion, any sign post will be removed once i get any responsible tenant so you ignore the sign post cause i have stop dealing and contacting the Realtor for too much fees i pay.
