These people are saying that they want to hire me as an employee for MedStar Health. After a lengthy interview, they emailed me an offer letter to sign and return to them. They asked me to send them my birth certificate and drivers license, which I did (unfortunately!). They asked me about health issues. They said that I would go through some training for 30 days getting paid $24 during training and then $30 after training. When I began my "training" this morning, they asked me if I have a credit card and checking account. I told them, "No" even though I do. I actually called MedStar Health who said that it is a fraud and that they're getting lots of calls asking why the person has to send them iTunes cards, etc.

Below is the communications I have had with them this morning. I have kept them online just to see if I can gather any more information from them or see how far they will go. There "supervisor" is called Carol Bane. They use an "interview code" to figure out who I am. I have all correspondence with them saved from the very beginning, if you need it.

Are you asking me for a "brief explanation?" I do not have accounting software experience. I mentioned this in my interview.

I am sorry but I cannot answer that question unless I know what program or platform that is being used. An "entry" is the information I put into the program or spreadsheet. "enquiry screens and their functions" I do not know what this means. If it is taught to me then I can learn it quickly.

Task B:
State Five Advantages and Five Disadvantages of Online work from home.
Task B - Advantages: 1) safety from not having to drive into work, saving fuel and wear and tear on car 2) less stress due to commute 3) can work from home when ill instead of going into work and getting everyone sick 4) not as many distractions 5) more time with family. Task B - Disadvantages: 1) Not around people as much, could get lonely 2) could cost more to set up to work from home with proper equipment 3) possible communication difficulties 4) less staff development 5) possible security risks

Yes you read that the payment will be on a debit card But you have Task to perform and you need a way the company will send you money
Some task may involve you buying some equipments
I'm not sure I understand. As the letter that you sent to me states, "You will be getting your payment weekly or bi-weekly on your MedStar Health Debit Card. Can you tell me what "Task to perform" means and how that relates to the debit card you will provide to me for payment for my work? I'm sorry if I am not understanding. I am so excited to work for you since our family is broke. We just moved here and are so grateful that I am able to work for you from my home. Please help me know what to do so we can move on. What are really means is that you might have Task that will involve you using softwares that you need to get the license and needed to pay. There should be a way for you to pay and the company will reimburse you
It is my understanding that once I was hired and all of my background information was checked, and training is complete, that you guys provide that to me. It states that it will all be mailed to me. I don't recall it saying that I had to pay upfront. Please advise.

No, I do not. I'm a little confused why the letter said that you will provide the equipment and pay me on your MedStar Health card. During my interview that told me that I would not have to pay anything for the equipment. Is that incorrect?
