Please read brief introduction and more about the position. I have been a successful Entrepreneur for over 19 years, While working as a basic executive with the growing company (GFA Consulting Group), I also deal in real estates and constructions and I travel every now and then within and outside the state working on various independent projects, this is why I need someone who can help keep up to date with all of my activities especially when I'm away and amidst my busy schedule. My previous Employee is unavailable for some private reasons and I'm keen on finding a replacement who is efficient, self-motivated, organized, a good communicator with an ability to multi-task under pressure.
The hiring process is on a personal level while all correspondences would be made and promptly reported to me personally. Due to my frequent travels, the position is part time and home-based meaning you may need to set up a home-office if you don't already have one; we will discuss the costs of setting this up as we move along. Most importantly, you need to have a regularly internet access, with this, I can easily convey instructions no matter where I am on what I need to be done at a particular time. You are also hired on a trial basis for now until we are able to see how well we fit in, this however does not affect your weekly wage.
Most of your activities will be carried out locally and most official documents and packages will be delivered via courier services. You will be actively involved in my personal, business and financial life
This position is home-based and flexible part time job,you can be in any location you will be working from your home doing all the activities.All you need do is to check your emails twice daily and keep your phone on most times in case I might need to call you from anywhere I may be.I do have a number of things you could help me with this week if you will be available to start.This can act as a stable foundation to our working relationship.
These are the Duties/Responsibilities Includes;
1. Accessing Payrolls & Making Drop Offs
2. Processing Payroll Activities
3. Acting as a Planner and Running Errands On Business Occasion
I will be giving instruction on what you have to do if you do not have any experience working in this state. The hours are flexible, I have it open for 3-4 hours duty with 5 working days Mon-Fri. (I can also work with your schedule if you have a present job) Compensation also starts from the rate of $550 with reimbursement on all amount spent on office supplies, transportation and other expenses.
