1 |  +1 Scammer trying to buy a car from me. gliuke980 contacted me through Bookoo (local sale website like Craig's list) about a car I was selling. He wanted me to converse through my personal email which I did. He wrote, "Thanks for your response, I want to buy this for my son as his birthday is fast approaching, and I'd love to make immediate purchase of it therefore I need to be sure of the current condition, any damages? and your absolute bottom price?" I answered questions about condition and price. While waiting, I googled his email and saw his name on Scamalot. His answer to me about coming to see the car was: "Thanks for the update, I'm satisfied with the conditions and asking price, I'd have loved to come for the inspection myself and pay you with cash but presently I'm offshore due to nature of my work; I'd be glad to make the payment as soon as we reach an agreement thru a secured payment:PayPal, because it's the only form of payment that I have access to right now. You need not to worry yourself about the shipment, i will instruct the shipping company to handle that and will take care of other necessary things after payment have been sorted. So kindly get back to me with your PayPal ID and If you are new to PayPal, you can easily logon to https://www.paypal.com/us/signup/account and set up an account with them, its simple and easier, just in few secs; you get your account activated and get back to me with your PayPal email address for an instant payment, I'll be happy to proceed with the payment Asap".
