I was instructed by ECO-BANK Benin Republic to deliver your consignment box to you. Currently.i am in CINCINNATI / NORTHERN KENTUCKY International Airport now in IRS office.
I tried to connect Flight this morning to your home but CINCINNATI /
NORTHERN KENTUCKY
Airport Security did not allow me saying that i must present to them
International Consignment Delivery permit from the country of the
Consignment origin which is unknowing by our Bank for the shipment.
They said that any parcel that arrive United State Must Present the
International Consignment delivery Permit from the Country of the
parcel origin, So when i call Security Company for the delivery
permit. they demand $120 to secure the delivery permit and fax it
here in Kentucky. before they will allow me to Clear your Consignment
box and proceed to your home address.
I don't want much delay at this airport due to another delivery i have
in Canada. I urge you to try your possible best and send the $120 to
Security Company in Benin for them to Secure the Delivery permit and
fax it to me. So i can present it to them and connect available flight
to your City with your Consignment Box. I want you to send it to them
with this Below information they sent me, through Money gram.
