Dear ,
I write to inform you that i have today been able to successfully secure all the relevant documents on your behalf and i also have submitted them to the appropriates office for the onward process of approval by the bank.
Find attached copies of the said documents for your own record purposes, the bank will contact you shortly as i have forward all your information as well to the bank as the Next of Kin to my client for the claims of the fund with them. Please do let me know as soon as you have been contacted by the bank immediately. I have taken care of all the cost here and where you may be expected to come in is when approval is given and requesting you to visit here and the fees to have the fund transfer to your account.

I am Barrister David Troyer of Troyer and Troyer Associated and I seek your consent to present you as the Next of Kin of the deceased, since you have the same last name as my late client, so that the proceeds of this deposit be SENT to your own benefit. All Legal documents to aid your claim of this fund and to prove your relationship with the deceased will be arranged for. Your help will be appreciated with 40% of the total sum. All that I require is your honest cooperation to enable us see this deal through.
