As a matter of urgency, your ATM card is ready and we have assigned an accredited diplomat who will deliver it to you once you comply with the delivery modalities. From the information we received from the Federal Government of Nigeria for such fund to come into your country, the beneficiary must obtain a Social organised Crime Agency (SOCA) approval from the country of origin of the fund which is Nigeria. It might interest you to know that we are going to deliver the card to you without any charges but you must obtain this approval by yourself and the authorities involved here has informed us that the fee must be paid by the beneficiary.
