Thanks for your interest in my investment plan, as I previously stated in my first message to you I was recently appointment a government minister in South-Africa and by law politicians are not allowed to engage on a private business. For the above reason I intends to hand over the sum of thirty million united States dollars(US$11.,500,000.00) he (my late husband) deposited with a commercial Bank in Dubai-United Arab Emirates to any reputable business person overseas who shall manage the funds for the purpose of generating profits. Moreover, my intentions also is to remain anonymous meanwhile I have contacted my lawyer and the bank manager where the funds are deposited and you shall stand for me in all matters relating to this partnership agreement and funds transfer. However, there's no specific kind of investment we have in mind at the moment what is more important right now is getting a partner who shall assist in moving the funds out of the bank in Dubai-United Arab Emirates as fast as possible and also invest it on any profitable business venture that will yield profit. The profit generated from the business shall be divided between me the fund owner and the foreign partner in the ratio of 50% each. The time frame for the partnership venture will be atleast five years and can be renewed by both parties. More importantly if all things been equal, the foreign partner shall be willing to travel to Dubai-United Arab Emirates to meet with the bank officials and my attorney to sign the partnership agreement and facilitate the funds transfer.
