Greetings, I really wish to have you as my good friend and also wishes to entrust some funds into your care but i have already send the fund out of Afghanistan . I need your sincere and truthful friendship. My name is
Sgt Tamara Williams. I am serving as a Marine Corps in United States of America Camp Leatherneck Afghanistan.
I have $6.5 Million US dollars that i successfully moved out of the country. I need a good partner someone i can trust. It is oil business money we did with Afghan citizens worth of 42 million US dollars, but the 6.5 million US Dollars stated is my share on the business and its legal. I have successfully moved the funds out of Afghanistan as a family valuables with help of Universal Morgan Trust security Company through their branch in Middle East.
The most important thing is ''' Can I Trust You? Once the funds get to you, you take your 30% out and keep my own 70%. Your own part of this deal is to find a safe place where my part of the funds will be until i come and meet with you for discussions on investment plans,but i have more interest on real estate or any other profitable investment . Hello
I will like to inform you that everything about the delivery of the fund as a consignment to the State at your door step has been finally wrapped up this afternoon. The total sum of US $6,500 000.00 has been put together and package like a consignment and sealed in a metallic truck boxes and a special diplomatic agent has been assign to convey the cash consignment boxes to you over there in the State.
Be inform that it took me all my entire saving over here of a total sum of US $18,550 in cash to pay all the local charges to the security company in regard to this arrangement, and that includes flight arrangement and ticket, special handling, insurance, VAT, consignment unexamined fee and all the required certificate in your name and all I have left with me is the diplomatic traveling allowance which is $500 and $800 which I will give him before he leave to the country with the consignment boxes, so please keep record of this so as when we will meet together for the sharing of the percentage as I have told you in my first mail.
The cash consignment is registered as an unexamined diplomatic consignment, and the contents were declared as personal effects, and not raw cash in United State dollar as you know. This is to make sure that the consignment pass strict checking at the port of entry in the state and the diplomatic agent did not know the true content of the boxes, so do not let him know that what he is carry is raw cash and also no one should know about this cash, even do not let your close partner know about this due to security reasons and safety of the fund.
So, all the charges thereto locally have been fully paid and the diplomat Mr. Angelo Williams is leaving for the state with the cash consignment tomorrow morning Tuesday from Europe with Air France by 7 am, to arrive in United States America the same Tuesday evening with the consignment boxes. I want you to make sure that you keep your phone on or rather send to me your direct telephone numbers so that the diplomat can reach you as soon as he arrive in United State and as soon as you hear from him endeavor to get back to me with an update.
Meanwhile, an urgent information just reaching me from the security company that when the consignment get to the United State, a clearance certificate will be needed by the customs to allow the consignment remain unexamined diplomatic consignment, and this certificate will cost only $1,750. I told you earlier that I have given the diplomatic agent a sum of $500 for his allowance fee, now what that is left with me is $800 which I gave him also but I will plead to you to try and raise the remaining $950 to complete the required $1,750 for the clearance certificate. You will send this $950 to the diplomat as soon as he arrives in United State and notify you of his arrival to enable him get the certificate for the clearing of the consignment boxes please take note of this. Please do make sure that you keep all this to yourself and have the remaining $950 ready in your hand so that as soon as the diplomat arrive in state on Tuesday evening and call you, you will then send the $950 to him over there in the airport to enable him take care of the needful and have the fund consignment boxes clear and move to meet with you in your house with the consignment boxes.

First I will like to thank you for your quick respond to my mail and wiliness to partner and assist me in this project, I believe that with you, we will be able to invest this fund well over there in the country as soon as it is deliver to you. Without wasting much time in this, I want you to know that, the fund has been move out to a save place in Europe through the help of a UN envoy on a special duty here in Afghanistan and it has be deposited with J.P. Morgan security Company as a family valuable item and they will have the fund deliver to you through a special diplomatic means as soon as possible. Also note that the security company is not aware of the true content of the two truck boxes so do not tell them it is money that is inside the boxes.
