Payment Refund Commission (PRC) HM Paymaster General United kingdom Attention, This is a Refund Commission set up by the new United Nations Resolution Panel and Executive Management of HM Paymaster General, v with U.S. Federal Reserve Bank in accordance with the global Financial System Stability of the IMF/World Bank in other to help restore the International image of our continents and to pay compensation to the less privileges and also to fight against corruption in all United Nations member countries this year, 2018 with a five Key Agenda. The five key objectives of this Commission are stated thus: 1). To recover and refund to the legal owner any money extorted illegal from any Foreigner 2). To recover and refund to the legal owner any property extorted illegally from any Foreigner 3). To recover and refund to the legal owner any contractual payment denied from any Foreigner 4).
