I am a Chartered Accountant and Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Union Bank Plc . in the discharge of my duty i discovered dormant domiciliary account with a Balance of $15,500,000.00 USD (Fifteen Million Five Hundred Thousand United Dollars Only).The depository was made 1994 by a foreign investor for an investment programme that has remained dormant for years now.I discovered that the account holder died without making a WILL /Next of kin on the depository. I write to seek your indulgence and assistance in transferring this fund to your country through legal means as repatriation of fund for onward Investment.
