My client is interested in JV partnership INTRODUCTIONS My client is interested on JV partnership with you acting as the manager and sole controller of the investment while he remains a silent investor for a period of ten years. The amount involved is USD40.5 Million. The owner of the said fund was once rated as the richest man in Russia and owner of YUKOS OIL (Russian largest oil company),chairman CEO: Menatep SBP Bank (a well reputable financial institution with its branches all over the world), the funds was moved to europe since my client got arrested for his involvement in politics by financing the leading and opposing political parties (the Union of Right Forces,led by Boris Nemtsov, and Yabloko, a liberal/social democratic party led by Gregor Yavlinsky), which posed as a threat to President Vladimir Putin's second Tenure as Russian president he wishes to remain a silent investor/partner for a period of TEN(10) YEARS. He want's to invest the funds overseas because he doesn't want his government to know about the funds.
