The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury that collects and analyzes information about financial transactions in order to combat domestic and international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.
I want to inform you that we have taking time to verified your fund which was an inheritance left for you by a friend for charity purpose. The said fund is with a security company in Washington DC called Crusader Diplomatic Security Courier Company (CDSCC) and the total amount is Twenty Five Million United States Dollars which was packaged and sealed in a consignment box.
For your information, you do not have any other fund anywhere except the $25,000,000.00 with the mentioned CDSCC company
