All winners must meet me and my team in person after receiving his/her funds to snap pictures like others did. You can see just one of the winner’s picture here and my ID card.
To redeem your winning based on the banking procedures and American International Stipulated laws of Banking Terms and Policy, an account must be opened for you under Citi Bank. Then your funds will be paid into your newly opened account then from the newly opened account, the bank can wire your funds to your personal account expressly without any government agency interference. This opening of account/process will cost you only 150$.
