My name is Elizabeth from United Bank for Afriaca. I am directed by your bank to disburse you with $50 thousand dollars refund from UBA Bank. This was due to the agreement made by the Ministry of Finance to ensure money paid by you be returned if the initial contract agreement with united bank for Africa to pay you in full fails. At the last meeting held, the bank director Rita Kissinger ask me to contact you.
