I am in receipt of your e-mail for the claims of your fund $5.9 million in the Visa ATM card emanated from the Compulsory Beneficiary Payment (C. B. P) as mandated by the Senate Committees on Finance Matters through the Auspices of the Central Bank of West Africa States in Benin Republic. Please in accordance with the Compulsory Beneficiary Payment (C. B. P) ethics, you will be required to pay the processing and non resident tax clearance fees $175.00 as stated in the e-mail previously.

Please confirm your readiness to send the money $175.00 and I shall forward you the information to enable you send it for the immediate release and delivery of your ATM card so that you can start fund withdrawals with it in your country.
