The reason why they are treating this package so harsh like this was because it is shipped out of French country.
As they have inspected your package and found out that there is no form of deformity in it they now requested for DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY CLEARANCE PAPER which the Paris Government never ask for, they said it must be obtained and Stamp from the custom office in the airport of Origin of the consignment and I ask them the reason for all this excuses and none of them give me a good answer to it but to tell me that it is illegal to enter the country with the UN open package sending from individual to individual and I told them that this package was brought out from ECOWAS then they now obey me and led me to the BENIN REPUBLIC EMBASSY and with the help of Sir. Robert Daniel they agreed to give me a chance to consult you first on that issue.
As I contacted Emeka Philip custom office he said that getting the certificate was not a very big problem for him but it will cost you the sum of $177.00 which after that he will fax the certificate to me with this fax through (EMAIL) immediately and I will be at your Airport in International Airport immediately with your package. Please you have to know that I have limited time here as I want to meet up with the flight scheduled today so you have to send him the money immediately so that they will get the fee and to be able to obtain the certificate on time and send it to me today. And please i need a copy of your ID to identify you are the one when i will arrive. So you have to send the fee to the office in the airport cashier and Best Oba will do his best to get me the certificate.

When you use money gram,western union, all the scammer needs is the control/MTCN number to pick up the transfer,even if he's in Africa and you ask the transfer to be sent to New York. Send the money to a US,UK,Canada, or South Africa bank account only. You could get your money back by following the advice below..
