Good to hear from you and thanks for your response, and I must apologize for my late response to your e-mail. I have been on therapy since my notification email to you, please pardon me.

I must say that my spirit has been lifted since I received your email indicating your readiness to assist me with this humanitarian project. You won’t be able to know the number of lives we can impact with this project, but I think we need to get to know ourselves better before we proceed further with this project. My full name is Mrs. Elaine Wynn, I was born to a middle-class Jewish family on April 28, 1942 (age 77) in New York City. My self and my Ex husband (Steve Wynn) co-founded Mirage Resorts and Wynn Resorts.

I am an America Citizen, a businesswoman, philanthropist and a graduate of George Washington University, where received a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science in 1964.

I want to establish a foundation with your help to reach out to the less privilege, orphans and homeless people around the world. Due to my current state of health, I can't do this myself anymore because I am very sick and I am presently undergoing medical treatment at the hospital, it’s only with your cooperation and efforts that this project can see the light of day.

So I use this medium to implore you to do all you have to make this a reality. I may not live to see the realization of this project due to my present health situation and family pressure, but I have implicit confidence that you would be able to complete this humanitarian project at all cost. I have in my foreign offshore bank account in Euros (EUR) a total sum of $14,900,000.00 (Fourteen Million, Nine Hundred Thousand U.S Dollars) for the charitable works.

I have already discussed my foundation plan with my Attorney in Greece, informing him about you being the one to assist me in establishing a foundation called the "Elaine's Foundation". He is going to work with my bank to secure the funds from where it is been deposited for safe custody in a very proper and legal manner. My attorney is in charge of the paperwork which will authorize and guide you as the beneficiary of the fund, he will also make the arrangement with the Bank in your name as the new beneficiary of the funds, to move the funds from the bank in Greece to your preferred location with your personal data.
